| Revised proposal for Lake Shore Drive & Waveland (City Club Apartments & BKV Group) |
The City Club Apartments proposal at 3636 N. Lake Shore has been tweaked again. If you are keeping track, this is the third version. (See version 1 and version 2)
Most notable, is the removal of the "crown" on top of the high rise and the mid rise to the south has received a reduction in height.
The proposal will eventually go before the 46th Ward Zoning & Development Committee. The developer met with local block club East Lake View Neighbors on February 9 via Zoom.

That building is being built on land used as a dog park. The dog owners will be po'd.
