According to Tuesday's COVID-19 newsletter from Ald. Osterman:
"City Council will hold a virtual meeting tomorrow (Wednesday, April 22) at 10am, and you can view the livestream on the Chicago City Clerk website.
We will vote on giving the Lightfoot administration additional power regarding the allocation of state and federal funding to address the COVID crisis. I will provide an update on the meeting in tomorrow's daily email."
