A month ago, we posted the sad news that Tim and Margaret, owners of the Satellite Cafe, had made the reluctant decision to put the business up for sale. One of our favorite local spots was in danger of closing.
Well, worry no more! Today is the first day of new ownership of the cafe and community space, located at 942 West Montrose.
Satellite posted this photo on its Facebook page, with the caption: "Best of luck to new owner Donald on your first day! Much love to Morgan and Katie, who will continue on at Satellite. ✌️ ❤️ 🛰"
Welcome, Donald! We look forward to seeing what you have in mind for this little Uptown gem.
