"Dear Neighbors,
Tim and I have made the (difficult) decision to move on from The Satellite Cafe, effective September 1st. We have LOVED being your neighbor and will dearly miss owning a small business in Uptown.
While you won’t see us at the cafe after August, we’ll certainly be around, probably grabbing a burger at The Reservoir or breakfast at Tweet (we infrequently do things that don’t involve eating).
We’re working hard to find new ownership for the cafe and have several prospects lined up. If you or anyone you know would be interested in owning a small, charming neighborhood cafe, please let us know! No final decisions have been made and it’s very important to us that the new owners love Uptown as much as we do.
Luckily we still have a month! Please stop by to say hello and enjoy some excellent coffee, made by our inimitable staff.
