"Tattoo Paul" Collurafici from Tattoo Factory sent along this photo, taken after Friday night's deluge, and says: "Looks like even Mother Nature is getting geared up for the parade!"
He also says: "I’ll be here early with my son passing out all the bells and whistles that make us a huge part of Uptown."
