I don't understand this. The thieves must be watching the homes and looking for open doors and windows. I know the older buildings those glass / wood doors are not theft proof. Anyone can take a screw driver and open the doors. Do these apartment bldgs have security cameras? I've been seeing a lot of RING security videos where the thieves are caught in the act. Just hope those folks had home insurance.
