Mavrek Development's 843 W. Agatite, a 4 story, 20 unit rental building is rising on a lot that hasn't been developed in decades. Just west of this, the vintage courtyard building at 845 W. Agatite is undergoing an extensive renovation after selling for $4.5M last year.

Next door to that, the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhomes that are part of JDL's development of the old Maryville site are slated to be complete by January 29, according to the website.  The walls are up and exterior insulation is being installed.

The only thing constant in Uptown is change.
