Fitness For A Pittance

To jump-start that "Get In Shape" resolution you made, here are two extremely reasonably priced options for Uptowners:
  1. RISE Fitness Boot Camps is offering a free month of fitness for only $4, with the option to cancel anytime.  This offer is available at Chase Park and Gill Park for selected thrice-weekly classes.  Check it out here.
  2. Chicago Park District is offering its usual "Free Fitness Week" between January 2nd and 12th.  Try out the Fitness Centers at parks across the city on a first-come first-served basis and decide if a membership is right for you.  The CPD fitness centers in and around Uptown are located at Chase Park, Clarendon Park, Gill Park and Margate Park.  Details are here.
