"Dine Out For Life" On Thursday

If you're planning to dine out on Thursday, April 26th, we urge you to consider choosing a restaurant that's participating in the 19th Annual Dining Out For Life fundraiser, which collects money for AIDS service organizations.  There are over 75 restaurants participating in the Chicago area, and the best part is that you don't have to give out of pocket -- the restaurants donate a portion of their day's profits to this worthy cause.

Last year Chicagoans raised more than $125,000 and this year the goal is $150,000.

Restaurants in Uptown that are generously participating are:
  • Anna Maria Pasteria, 4400 N Clark (dinner)
  • Baker & Nosh, 1303 W Wilson (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  • Ceres' Table, 4882 N Clark (dinner)
  • Crew Bar & Grill, 4804 N Broadway (lunch, dinner)
  • Magnolia Cafe, 1224 W Wilson (dinner)
You can see all participating restaurants and read more about Dining Out For Life here.  Bon appetit!

Update:  "‎Crew Bar + Grill is a Diamond Sponsor of Dining Out For Life and is open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night. Crew will have donation envelopes available which enters each donor of at least $10 into the Dining Out For Life city-wide drawing. Donations will also enter you into a special CREW-ONLY drawing for some great prizes including a Party at Crew for 25, Cubs tickets and an AppleTV. In the past, all the raffles have been done in the evening. But this year, they are available during lunch too, and we have two special LUNCH-ONLY prizes -- a two hour Happy Hour at Crew for 10 people and a $25 Crew gift card. Hope to see you tomorrow at Crew Bar + Grill."
