46th Ward Town Hall on Safety. Tomorrow night at 7:00PM, please join Alderman Cappleman, 20th Police District Commander Moy, and 19th Police District Commander Kenny to discuss public safety issues in the 46th Ward. Town Hall will be held at Stockton Elementary, 4420 North Beacon.
