Jackie Taylor Named A "Chicagoan Of The Year"



Some well-deserved recognition for Jackie Taylor, founder and guiding light of the Black Ensemble Theater Cultural Center, right here in Uptown.  She was named one of six "Chicagoans of the Year" by Chicago Magazine.  Read all about it here.

    The Jackie Wilson Story is really great theater and music. I saw it and enjoyed it VERY much.

    Top notch musicians and the guy playing Jackie Wilson was fabulous.
