ReplyDeleteThis place is the cat's meow no fooling. I am a foodie without a doubt and eat out more than I'd like to admit. In short, I know what I'm talking about and if you haven't made time to taste the awesome quality dishes that guy puts together consistently you are missing out. Go and you'll go back because it's really that good.

ReplyDeleteI tried Cousins for the first time the other night. For a good meal for two people, the total came to less than $30 with tip (without using any discounts). Plus, it's BYOB. I don't know that it's a destination restaurant for people outside the neighborhood, but I'm thrilled to have it nearby. Friendly staff, very comfortable atmosphere, better food than you pay for. I'll be back.
ReplyDeleteI go to this place at least once a week with my boy. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. For dinner or lunch my faves are chicken milanesa, chicken marsala, and the Leland chicken sandwich on focaccia bread - so good. Yes, I love chicken!
ReplyDeleteThe wait staff are very attentive and friendly. They've even given us desserts on the house a few times!
I'm from outside the neighborhood (a little bit) and we've come in for breakfast a few times. We've always left full and very happy. It's never crowded and I've never parked more than a half a block away.
ReplyDeleteI have yet to try it for dinner and it sounds like I'm missing out! I wish I lived within walking distance; no doubt we'd be regulars.
