Bigger Ba Le

According to its website, Ba Le Sandwich Shop started as a drink stand in Saigon in the 1950s, and moved to America in 1972.  In 1989, it opened for the first time in Uptown.  We recently saw it move from a storefront to a modern standalone building at the head of Argyle Street, under the guidance of the second generation.  Now a reader sends in this photo showing that Ba Le is expanding its empire to Chinatown.  A real success story... we wish Ba Le the same kind of achievements in Chinatown as it has experienced in Uptown.
