Yoga Starting Up At Margate Park (New Instructor, Too)

Mondays- 6:30pm-7:30pm, starting November 8th and every Monday thereafter

    Saw a flyer for the yoga class in my building. Wondering what level this class is - can someone who last took a yoga class in high school back in 1976 take this and live? and what do you wear? Does this Margate Park field house have changing rooms/secure lockers?
