There's an interesting article about Liza Minnelli cancelling at the Rialto in Joliet. "Minnelli’s performance was part of a benefit concert to raise funds for the theater’s Polish the Jewel of Joliet restoration campaign." It would nice if the Riviera hosted such benefits concerts until the theatre could be restored enough to host its own benefit concerts. http://triblocal.com/joliet/2010/10/15/liza-minnelli-cancels-show/
