This Cone Should Do The Trick

A reader sends in the following pic from where else...Broadway and Wilson:
"Thought your readers would be interested in seeing the latest from the "vortex" as I like to call it. Hard to tell from the pic but the window to the hopefully former Popeyes on Wilson under the tracks was shot out or busted out. It is a good size hole and I'm sure people will be camping out in there in no time. Someone put a traffic cone there to keep people out. That should do the trick."
