In addition to the movies at Cricket Hill, Gill Park and Clarendon Park, we just found out about some additional outdoor movies in Uptown this summer. Ald. Schulter's weekly newsletter mentioned the 47th Ward Outdoor Film Festival, which shows privately-funded movies in 47th Ward parks. Several are in Uptown's Chase Park (Clark and Leland):
Singin' In The Rain on August 3 and
Mary Poppins on August 24.
