That-a-Way

Not only does Ba Le have a stylish new store at Broadway and Argyle, even the sign from "Old Ba Le" directing customers is fun and funky. We love the contemporary feel that it and "new Sun Wah" (across the street) are bringing to the Argyle area.

UU Note: You must try one of the delicious (and really inexpensive) chicken baguettes.

  1. The food is good but i've never encountered unfriendliness at an eatery quite like this. I'm not going back!

  2. Hopefully all the other places on Argyle take steps in this direction. Enough with the dirty store fronts on that street.

Also, the service hasn't been bad for me but the fellow customers have. Some of them don't know the concept of a line.

  4. I've always loved Ba Le and was exited to see the new cafe. Are they closing the old location or merging them?

  5. Yeah, it's closed... everything's in the southern building now.
