Un-Taped!

It's a miracle.  The light post on the concrete island at Racine and Broadway is finally clear of the yellow crime scene tape that's been wrapped around it since before Uptown Update began, nearly three years ago.  Good things take time, we guess.  In any case, glad to see it gone.
