For those Uptown residents wanting some sort of Uptown-related monument erected in the center island at Broadway and Racine, there has been some activity, but not the good kind. Crime scene "caution" tape was seen dangling from the blightpole on the center island today. Back to square one, we guess.

This Wasn't What We Had In Mind
For those Uptown residents wanting some sort of Uptown-related monument erected in the center island at Broadway and Racine, there has been some activity, but not the good kind.
