  1. Well probably should have parked that scooter at the bike rack rather than screwing up parking for cars. Too bad so sad got more important worries than some guys toy getting hurt.

  2. Nice attitude PB. I suppose the fact that the scooter has registered plates and has the same rights to park on the road as a car means nothing?

I like your crap on thy neighbor attitude. Nice to have you around Uptown. Good looking out brother.

  3. Um...yea...It would be ILLEGAL for the owner to park this bike anywhere but the street.

  4. Or a driveway, or designated parking spot.

  5. Keep it classy, PB....keep it classy... Here's hoping that someone doesn't decide that any piece of your property is unworthy of respect. Change the word property to "Uptown residents" and maybe you could run with alderman with that attitude!

  6. The sad thing is that the Audi parked in front of it likely not the car that knocked it over, hope the owner of the bike knows that. But I agree Chip bikes who pay to use the streets deserve to park on them as well.

  7. Reckless and typical low-life attitudes that seems to be everywhere in Chicago. On Irving and Lincoln I seen just this morning a car backing into a parked motorcycle and it too was laying on its side. Of course the driver that did it quickly drove off. I wish i could have gotten its plates and left a note on the bike telling him to report it to the police.....

  8. There were a couple of punks that knocked over my friend's Goldwing at 8pm a few days ago at Clark and Montrose, as well as my other friend's sport bike...a good samaritan called the cops, who caught them! knocking over a motorcycle or even scooter is nothing to make trivial comments about, the goldwing had thousands of dollars of damage and the sportbike is at about a grand. Both of those bikes are their primary methods of transportation too, so not only are out they out their deductibles, but they are losing time due to repairs.
