The Lawsuit Update Meeting at Buena Pointe Condominiums has been rescheduled to June 15 in order to provide supporters with the most up-to-date information possible (see below for further information). Please attend this meeting to learn about FWY's legal response to the motion to dismiss the order.Monday, June 15th, 7pm

Fix Wilson Yard's next court date has been set for June 12, at which time we will declare our course of action in response to the motion to dismiss ruling. The Fix Wilson Yard Legal Team is hard at work researching our options, including appealing and/or amending our complaint. For tactical purposes, we will delay public announcement of our strategy until the hearing is completed.
I am wildly proud of the organization and activism behind this effort. Derision is easy but Molly, Katherine and Judy reached beyond that and challenged the wall of silence that is our Alderman and our Mayor. No matter what one thinks of the suit or the outcome, these women embody the spirit of community, the spirit of Uptown. As if I needed another reason to live here . . . ladies, well done.
