Walking by the Wilson El stop today, we noticed the weeds continue to grow like, well....weeds, out of the top of the station. We wonder why this was left out of the new Uptown banners showcasing this once great station. Shame on the CTA for letting this architectural beauty decay to this point.

Why Was This Left Off The Banners?
Walking by the Wilson El stop today, we noticed the weeds continue to grow like, well....weeds, out of the top of the station. We wonder why this was left out of the new Uptown banners showcasing this once great station. Shame on the CTA for letting this architectural beauty decay to this point.

It is a nice picture, and it is not like architectural beauty is the most important thing on the CTA's agenda, unlike UU. Whose more in danger, the building, or the people pictured on this blog?
