Walking past the Uptown Broadway Building this evening we noticed that construction has resumed and is focusing now on the section under the sidewalk in front of the building. It appears that the basement of the building extends out until Broadway. Hanging our camera over the fence we were able to snap a few shots down below and a few inside the ground floor of the building. Whoever leases the basement portion will have alot of space to fill.
