Goodbye 'Clarkview,' Hello 'Vis Vitae'

The development at the corner of Leland and Clark formerly known as "Clarkview" has been rebranded as "Vis Vitae." We had heard the previous developer lost funding, then construction ran into ground water drainage problems. No website listed yet but it looks like there will be quite a bit of retail space to fill. From the looks of Alderman Schulter's 47th Ward, including Lincoln Square and Ravenswood, there shouldn't be as much trouble filling this retail.
