Last night we spotted a construction notice on the window of Heartland Alliance's Leland building on the corner of Leland and Racine. Construction has started on the lower level retail space next to ONE's lovely new office. According to the construction notice, an art gallery/studio is slated for the spot. No other info was available. If anyone has information, feel free to add it to the comment section.
