City's Plan Commission Approves 4600 N. Marine

The proposal for 4600 N. Marine, a new building that would replace an asphalt parking lot at Weiss Hospital with a residential development, has just received the blessing of the city's planning commission and takes a large step forward.

Since we last discussed the proposal, the building has gotten a more polished look, thanks to more glass and brick. The renderings were featured in the presentation given to the planning commission on Thursday.
