New Business Seeks To Serve Liquor On 4800 Block Of Clark

The restaurant space at 4882 North Clark that has been home to Ceres' Table and Monticchio, among others, has a sign in its window indicating that "PMU Too Inc." is seeking to serve liquor for consumption on-site.

A little investigation shows that PMU is the parent company for Pick Me Up Cafe in Wrigleyville, the long-time open-late restaurant that specializes in coffee, shakes, and carnivore/vegetarian/vegan fare.

We'd love to see something similar in Uptown -- and we're curious about the spirits. Boozy shakes? We're so in.
