Parking Restrictions In Place For Windy City RibFest

Ribfest begins on Independence Day, and set-up begins on Wednesday. We heard from Business Partners - The Chamber for Uptown about what to expect as far as street closures and possible no parking zones. Look for the signs!

"Uptown residents - the Windy City RibFest is coming to our neighborhood July 4-6! Please be aware of the following street closures and possible no parking zones which start tomorrow night during the festival load-in:

Look out for NO PARKING signs from 11pm Wednesday, July 3 through 4am Sunday, July 7 on the following streets:

• Broadway: Lawrence to Wilson
• Racine: Broadway to Wilson
• Leland: Winthrop to Racine

All vehicles left on the street Wednesday night after 11pm will be ticketed and towed by the City of Chicago.
