An Anniversary Worth Bragging About
In 1954, there was not yet an interstate highway system, the Crew Cuts and Perry Como were tops on the pop music charts, and a loaf of bread cost about 17 cents.
That's when National Car Wash opened at Broadway and Ainslie. Congrats on celebrating your 65th year of business! With
the recent facility upgrade
, it looks like they're planning an extended run.
Felix Lock and Key
is probably the longest continuously running business in Uptown (since 1916!), but National Car Wash may just be next runner-up.
