A construction permit was just issued for the long vacant lot at 4133 N. Kenmore in Buena Park. According to the permit, 6 units are planned, each with 3 bedrooms. A rooftop deck and 2 garages providing the ever important parking for each unit is planned. No word on whether these are condo or rental units. We will keep you posted.
