Boats are returning to Montrose Harbor, with the new 811 Uptown building in the background. Work is coming to a close on the exterior of the 27-story building on the former Maryville site, with just a few more floors needing outside windows. According to the contractor, work on the Agatite townhomes portion of the project will begin very soon.
Next month the build-out of Treasure Island begins, and the big construction crane will be dismantled.
