42 grams Documentary and Its Director At Bezazian Branch Library On Saturday



The documentary 42 grams -- detailing behind-the-scenes drama at Uptown's now-closed Michelin-ranked fine dining restaurant -- has been playing at film festivals and on subscription services for the past six months. It was featured at the Gene Siskel Film Center earlier this year.

Now you can see it for free, and join in a discussion with its director. It all takes place at the Bezazian branch library, located at Magnolia and Ainslie, this Saturday, at 2pm.

The screening and discussion are the first in the "Ingredients" series of programs that the library will be offering this year.

    It's also currently on Netflix. After watching it, I was sad I never got a chance to go have a meal there. I will have to wonder what a $250 meal per person tastes like. Also, that guy needs to pull in his temper. It was not a flattering portrayal at some points during the film. Overall, it was really interesting and I would recommend checking it out
