First Look At Proposed New Rental Building At 839 Agatite
About a month ago, we posted about a new residential rental building coming to an empty lot on the 800 block of Agatite. The four-story, 20-unit building will have a mix of 2bd/2ba, 2bd/1ba, and 1bd/1ba units, with 19 parking spaces.
It will be at 839 Agatite, which has been a vacant lot since the 1970s-1980s.
