Clayco Development's upcoming 12 story TOD at Sheridan and Wilson is just awaiting building permits from the city. In the meantime, we spotted a new drilling rig to test the soil on the site. We can't say we will miss the various iterations of fast food on this corner starting in the 1970s, from Burger King to most recently El Pollo Loco. Residential has not been available on this corner since sometime in the late 1960s. A reminder of what is in store for this long neglected corner of Uptown is shown below.
