Cedar Street's "The Synagogue" Apartment Conversion Goes Before Zoning

5029 N. Kenmore rendering (Space Architects & Planners)
Cedar Street's conversion of the former Agudas Achim Synagogue at 5029 N. Kenmore is jumping through the required hoops of the city's zoning process. On the April 21 Zoning Board Agenda, Cedar Street will request a zoning change to create 21 paved parking spaces to serve the 40 residential units the synagogue will be converted into. The synagogue was built in 1922 and had fallen upon hard times. For more photos and info, please visit the Method Construction website.
