The building located between Jake's Pup In The Ruff and the new Ross Dress For Less (942-944 Montrose) has had quite a facelift over the past year and a half, with new windows and rehabbed residential and commercial units. Eats & Sweets Cafe, located at Montrose and Paulina, will be opening a satellite store in one of the storefront spaces. You can follow the progress of the build-out on its Facebook page.
Oh, and if you're an experienced barista looking for a job, they're taking applications.
You should have added a before and after picture. I see it often so I know what has been done. Its a big improvement. Looks great!
