Facade Repairs Underway On "Indian Chief" Building at 4629 N. Broadway

The beloved "Indian Chief" building at 4629 N. Broadway is finally getting some long over-due TLC. We've been following building permits that have been issued for this building showing $25,000 in work slated for the space. According to Chicago Cityscape:

More details to follow as they become available. Interesting to note that the architect listed, Artur Kaczmarek, is with "Bugaj Architects" who are also the architecture firm listed on the American Indian Center apartment conversion west of Ashland on Wilson.
