Wilson Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic Tuesday between 9am and 4pm while the CTA workers continue doing demo of the old steel tracks. Pedestrians will still have access to the area, and the station entrance on Wilson will remain open.
Update: This tweet from Ald. James Cappleman shows the old circa 1907 girders being hauled away, soon to be replaced by a second modern track.
