Status Check: Single Family Unit At Sheridan & Windsor

The current state of the formerly condemned building at 4536 N. Sheridan

Quite a bit of progress has been made on the exterior of this former storefront that sat condemned for many, many years. The neighboring condo association to the north (4536 N. Sheridan) will retain control of the building as it is turned into a single-family unit. Most of the masonry work has been completed on the street-facing portion. The entrance to the unit will be from the north side of the building and through the front yard of the condo building directly to the north. Lots of work is left to be completed on the interior, judging by the photo.
