Is there any reason why they don't put the title of the movie on the flyer? Are they trying to keep it a secret? I know what it is from the description, but I'm guessing a lot of people might not know. I don't get it.
Some film licensing agreements prohibit them from using the title in advertising and promotion, even though the showing is free. That's why you can call the library to ask (or Google the actors' names) to find out.

DeleteFor those of you wondering, its The Grand Budapest Hotel. Good movie if you like stuff by Wes Anderson.
ReplyDeleteP.S. Thanks for the explanation although it seems rather ridiculous.
