The RISE is an ongoing fitness boot camp dedicated to transforming participants from fitness beginners to all-out warriors. As a group, we help each other achieve our individual fitness goals using the unique support of a group dynamic, camaraderie and accountability via proper diet and exercise protocol.

Boot Camp Classes at three Park District Locations:
  • Chase Park, 4701 N. Ashland
    Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 6:15am
    Tuesday/Thursday - 6:30pm, 7:30pm & 8:30pm
    Saturday - 9am and 2:30pm
  • Gill Park, 825 W. Sheridan Rd.
    Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 6:30pm & 8pm
  • Revere Park, 2509 Irving Park Rd.
    Tuesday/Thursday - 7pm, 8pm
    Saturday - 10:35am
