Good news via the Beacon Block Club Facebook page:
Looks like the long vacant lot at 4627 Beacon will soon be filled with a single family home. Steve Sgouras owns the lot and is listed as the contact with his Amazon Development LLC. Doubtful it will be as grand as what once stood there, but one less vacant lot is almost always a good thing. No building plans or permits are available at this time, but when they are, we will share them.
