Bike The Drive on Sunday

Bike the Drive takes place this Sunday 5:15am-10:15am. That's the one day a year you can legally ride your bike on Lake Shore Drive (don't do it like this).

• If you're planning to drive anywhere between between Hollywood and 57th Street, be prepared for extra traffic on alternative routes.
• If you'd like to Bike the Drive, there's time to register, and today's Trib says that registration is down, so there are still plenty of places available.
