Mariano's will host a second career fair to hire more people for the new Edgewater store, opening in April 2014. The career fair will take place this Thursday, April 3 from 10am - 6pm at the Edgewater Mariano's, 5201 N. Sheridan Road (Foster and Sheridan.)
Applicants will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a recruiter. Mariano's welcomes both experienced and entry-level candidates with a knack for excellent customer service. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Why do these folks have so much difficulty filling a grocery store roster?
ReplyDelete1. They are trying to staff 11 stores in the area. 2. Marianos is pretty picky about who they hire. Trustworthy and competent people aren't as easy to find as you might think.
