"Obamacare" Enrollment This Saturday

 

There will be a meeting this Saturday, the 14th, at Clarendon Park [4501 N Clarendon] to inform neighbors about the Affordable Care Act including the Marketplace and expanded Medicaid options.  There will be Certified Application Counselors available to help navigate people through the online application process.

In order for benefits to begin on January 1st, interested individuals must be enrolled by December 23rd.

In addition to Heartland Health Centers, there will be assisters from Heartland Alliance, American Indian Health Service of Chicago, Centro Romero, South East Asia Center and Community Counseling Centers of Chicago.
