On Sunday, November 24, 2013, Uptown residents will have the opportunity to meet with an In-Person Counselor / Certified Navigator from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. to learn more about enrolling in benefits under the Affordable Care Act. Through the Health Insurance Marketplace, Illinoisans can find the health insurance plans that cover important benefits like doctor visits, hospital stays, prescriptions and more. Most people will get help paying for their health plan, and many may be eligible for low-cost or free coverage.
