You're Invited! Sarah's Circle Opens Its New Building Sunday

Sarah's Circle, a 33-year-old social services provider which is currently located in the ICA Building (4750 N Sheridan), will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony on Sunday for its new home, located at 4838 N Sheridan.

The new building, which has been in development for three years, is made possible by pro bono legal services (provided by Mayer Brown) and architectural services (provided by Perkins + Will).  The funding came from individuals, foundations, the City of Chicago, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Federal Home Loan Bank and the Illinois Housing Development Authority, representing their shared commitment to ending homelessness for women in Chicago.

If you are interested in attending the ribbon cutting and taking a tour of the new facility tomorrow, be there between 2pm and 3:30pm.
