"Hello Neighbors. This Wednesday, 10/9 at 7pm, is our monthly CAPS meeting for Beat 1914. Our Beat 1914 extends from Montrose to Lawrence, from the Lake to Broadway.
We will be meeting in a different site this month -- we've been invited to meet at 4645 N. Sheridan high-rise this month. You will need to sign in to enter the meeting room at the high-rise.
We will have a guest speaker from the 9-1-1 Call Center to talk about calling 9-1-1 and what happens to the calls that come in to the center. We will also use this meeting time, as always, to talk with our neighbors, representatives from community agencies, representatives from the Alderman's office, and the police officers who work in our neighborhood about public safety concerns and constructive planning.
