New Alley Going In Between 4600 Dover and Clark

A reader found the above letter taped to his door tonight.  If you live on the west/even-numbered side of the 4600 block of Dover (or the east/odd-numbered side of the 4600 block of Clark), the good news is that you're getting a new alley.  The bad news is that you'll be inconvenienced while it's under construction:  garbage bins must be moved to the front of the street, your garage will be inaccessible, and parking is going to be a bear for about four weeks.

It starts June 10th -- not much notice, as noted by the recipient -- and the weather will determine whether the job goes past its tentative four-week work schedule.
